Epson S80 error

Anyone run into the error..."Media running short" tried several recommendations just off the internet search & checked all cables & fuses. Restarted, changed rolls, can not figure out why it wont reset? Epson SureColor S80600

try hitting the "media" button on the control panel, go to "media remaining" and then "remaining alert" and try messing with the settings there. You may have already tried this, it would be helpful if you could list what you have tried in regards to working with the control panel.

We have tried a few things...plus a few basic cable, restart, etc
We have sent an email to Epson through Grimco, waiting to hear back

Raise the media loading lever and remove the media that is currently loaded Make sure the media is at least 11.8 inches (300 mm) wide Turn off the Media Size Check setting Try printing again

Turn the product off and then back on again Check for and remove any jammed paper or protective materials from the product

Check that the printer is connected to power, plugged into your router, and turned on Make sure the power and ethernet cables are plugged into the correct printer ports Verify the printer's orange ! and paper lights are not lit Run the Head Cleaning utility If colors are still incorrect or missing, replace the color ink cartridge If the problem persists, replace the black ink cartridge

Check for and remove any jammed paper or protective materials from the product
