epson S80600 bad nozel print

I have an S80600 I have been having some banding issues with, most noticeable in the green. I have been cleaning the heads manually and with the automatic option to try and fix it but when doing the test print it keeps showing up with these bad prints. Is there anything else I can try to improve that?

I would suggest a power cleaning due to the suspected clog or banding in the print. After the power cleaning, run a nozzle check and head alignment. If the problem continues to occur, investigate the dampers and capping station, or consider a more thorough cleaning of the head itself.
What is a power cleaning? I have done the automatic cleaning on the control panel on the highest setting.

Yeah jeezz that's why I asked.
Is that sideways mark permanent damage or just in need of cleaning?

No matter what you need a lot of cleaning and maybe new head.

so we had epson out to fix this a year or two ago and they were out about 20 times and replaced the heads and about everything and couldn't fix it and the only solution they had was to run it on one head so that head is the one that is not printing.

Still even that one head that's covered in ink, hair and whatever nasty you are not cleaning as you should. It's not probably capping properly etc. You will get issues like that.

yea it is worse than I thought. I do the cleanings but the building I am in is not the best. I am moving into a new space this month and just trying to get this cleaned up the best I can if I can without replacing the head.

What material are you printing on? I run all 3 of mine almost non stop all day every day and they never look like that. Your material might also be causing some issues.
I am mainly printing substance for motocross graphics but I occasionally print just normal stickers. I got it cleaned up and it seems to be doing fine now though.

is your wiper unit used up? I can't see how the heads can be that dirty with the way the S80's wiper unit works. Make sure you clean the surfaces around the heads too.
