Epson SC40610 poor quality on matt vinyl

HI ,
I am Robert !
We boght today a epson sc40610 . We hove some quality problem .Maybe sombady can help to us.
So if we printing from Onyx the print is grainy , but if we print from epson edge print the quailty is more better but not perfect. How can we set the Onyx for good result , because we need the contour cut option.
We using intercoat matt vinyl and politape 4033 heat transfer film

What sort of profile are you using? How many passes and what resolution?
This machine is capable of very high quality prints if set up correctly.

we usually tried the 8 pass 720x720x1440 ,but the result with 12 pass uni direction print with same . We would like to print on monomer matt vinyl but we haven't line sharpness. All print is blurry . We tried to print glossy vinyl and the result much better.

geralmente tentamos o 720x720x1440 de 8 passes, mas o resultado com impressão unidirecional de 12 passes com o mesmo. Gostaríamos de imprimir em vinil fosco monômero, mas não temos nitidez de linha. Todas as impressões estão borradas. Tentamos imprimir vinil brilhante e o resultado ficou muito melhor.

Have you made a media type for each of these and has the printer perform its calibrations?
