Today a blue ink was leaking out from the back to the printer on to the media roll and the floor. It came out of the black metal piece that runs across the back side of the printer. On that black piece there are really small holes where to ink came out from. We took some parts out and it appears the ink tubes run around the back of the printer, and there was a big mess under the tube covered in blue ink. It doesn't appear of a leak but it has to be coming from the tube connection. Question how to test this issue and is there a fix to this problem any advise is helpful.
