Need Help EPSON SURECOLOR F-170 (100)

Hi , I have a Epson SC-F170 sublimation printer .I use photoshop for editing , in print settings wich are the best for a good quality printing? Do i have to convert the photo to CMYK or leave it in RGB , Printer manage colors or photoshop manages colors and use the printer icc profile? many thanks
