Need Help Epson SureColor S30670 printing issue

Hi Everyone
I thought it's damper issue. so I replaced the damper kits. and still runs the same problem in which Magenta ink disappear after half print.
if anyone have any ideas what part of printer need to replace or fix I really appreciate

you might want to replace the pump cap, it may not be properly priming the magenta line......try another magenta ink if you have one and you may then have a head issue I can get parts if you need them

Thanks for the suggestions. We tried a new magenta ink cartridge and the problem solved. It is the cartridge issue not the damper or pump cap.
