Epson Surecolor s40600 color discoloration

Hello everybody. Can anyone tell me why this is happening. I'm thinking it may be a temp issue, but would like some assistance to what may be causing this by someone who may already know. I'd greatly appreciate it. On a busy graphic it's not as noticeable, but when printing solids, there's no saving the print. Here is a picture of what's happening. IMG_2448.JPG

It does, I backed down the temperature and that seems to have worked for the most part. I can still see a faint sign of it doing it. So, I will be lowering the tension of the rollers. I suspect I need to adjust both things to dial it in.

That is due to very slight tunneling happening due to heat/humidity.
The tunneling causes the ink to hit the media slightly different, causing that vertical band in the print.
Turn your heat settings either up or down (a decent amount) and/or add a dehumidifier to your print area - that will alleviate the tunneling.
