Epson Surecolor S40600 Error 1412

Does anyone know who can service an Epson Surecolor S40600? I have been calling all morning and cant find anyone. My shop is currently down because we do not know how to fix this error code. TIA.

Thats for the cloth wiper unit. If you have another maintenance kit, swop it out, or just remove it and put it back in.

I have this same error, I changed the maintenance kit, and still get the error. How do reset the code?
