I can't see three nozzles out in cyan making that big of a shift unless others are dropping out while printing. There are also more out of magenta so it would kind of be a wash. Are all the nozzles from C2 missing on Head 2?
All that missing cyan would explain why blues would drastically shift to purple.
C2 is missing completely on head 2, far right, not C1 on the left. Missing 1 of 4 color channels would for sure result in in a purple color, 25% cyan missing.I can't see three nozzles out in cyan making that big of a shift unless others are dropping out while printing. I'd try printing and at a higher pass count and see if it the color changes. That could tell you whether or not the heads are creating the change or something else.
If you have service program, you can do a prime on the lines, but if the head is no good which it might be, switch machine to 1 head mode using head 1 only. Half speed is better then 0 speed.Hello. We have an Epson Surecolor S60600 that has somehow decided to start printing our blues, purple. We ran a good cleaning and were able to print the little stickers blue, but still struggling with the "Helpers" blue. Any ideas? Oh, yah, I completely missed that far right one. Yep! That would definitely do it.C2 is missing completely on head 2, far right, not C1 on the left. Missing 1 of 4 color channels would for sure result in in a purple color, 25% cyan missing.
