We have an Epson SureColor S80600 that we've had a couple issues with but nothing that wasn't fixable. I know the printer can be loud to some people, personally I've gotten used to it. Although, I'm about 4 ft away from it, I think I tune it out because I do all of the design work. Anyway, when we came in on Monday morning (we're closed on weekends) the printer was making a very loud and very noticeable humming/buzzing sound. It did not sound like this last Friday when we left. I am no expert by any means, but it seems like it's coming from where the fan is located in the black box in the back, but it is louder than it was in the past and higher pitched. I read that updating the firmware might help...but it didn't even though the firmware update was successful. My current (new) Firmware version is: SA011MB,1.16,9000
