Epson WF 1000 bulk ink issue

I have installed a bulk ink feed system on my epson WF 1100 lately I got on doing some printing and in the epson print dialog box it shown that the yellow ink was low, and to replace the ink cartridge, but the bulk system is still half full. I assumed once the bulk system was installed I would not have mess with ink settings, unless I run out of ink completely. Does anyone knows how to remedy this problem?

You will still get low ink warnings. You will need to go through the motions to trick your printer into thinking you replaced the cartridges. Our bulk ink setup on our WF7520 has a button right above the cartridges to push which will trick the printer into thinking the cartridges were replaced.
