Epson Wide Format Printer 10000

I am looking at an Epson wide format 10000. Been out of use for a while. Like a 4 or 5 years. It turns on and gives me an out of paper message.
Ink cartridges have an expiration date of 06.

Any comments would be welcome as to value, what and if it needs to get it to work. Will it still be useable? Anthing.

cost is under $500.
