Need Help Error 30019 on Phateon Galaxy Printer

Good day to you all.
Pls I need your help in solving a problem with my printer (Galaxy 161LC) from china.
The carriage is not returning home with error code 30019. I had replaced the encoder strip, tried another usb cable and yet it wouldn’t go home.
