Error 50 Media width sensor error

Hi, I have JV 33-160 Mimaki printer. Suddenly given Media width sensor error . I have change media sensor and also wire because I have spare. But still show same error. I have consult with engineer show slider border it is also ok. I have done all experiments from Mimaki video from YouTube. But couldn't find solution. Anybody can help me?
