ERROR 58 ***** POSITION ENCODER:DIR on mimaki JV5

Hi Guys ,

Need some help please. My mimaki JV5 giving me Error 58, POSITION ENCODER:DIR. Cleaned the encoder and sensor board but no luck. Does it need to re initialized the linear encoder or clear system parameters. Really appreciate if someone knows what to do please.
