Error code 24:10

Hi,

can anyone help, i bought the HP designjet L25500 about 5 months ago and since then i have not enjoy for a week, getting the inks is very difficult and the one we are gettng is very expensive is not profitable for commercial purpose, please if there anyone here who have a concrete information about the Error 24:10 and where to get a cheaper inks, pls dont hesitate to help.

Inside your ink cartridges there is a bag that holds the ink. The error says that one of those bags has broken.
