One of our customers had a problem with their main board with their SP-300v. We sent them a new one and had them put in their Head Ranks as well as the current Firmware.
Now, when they start up Versaworks, they get the message:
"the printer and ink type detected differs from the one being used, a software update may be required to use this printer"
The program then shuts down.
Any clues to solving this?
