Estimating Software Help

Can anyone help me with deciding on a possible purchase of an estimating software program?
I have been veiwing some of the threads and I am still not sure what might be best.
I'm a solo shop right now and I would like something tailored for mainstream commercial work, but nothing overkill or too pricey.
There is sign tracker, estimate 20011, etc...etc.
I'd like to get some feedback on other solo run shops and what they are using?

I highly recommend GraphixCalc. Very affordable, does everything you'd ever need it to do, easy to use, and it's accurate.

thanx Mike, I'll check it out ....does it cover everything including mark-up, hourly rate, invoicing etc...and can you add on to it?

We use stimate and are happy with product and sevice. Works well with quickbooks.
