There are several possible explanations.

Is your test print perfect now? What profiles are you using in PS/VW? How are you exporting files?

In your example, that blue color (on screen) is probably out of gamut so RIP is trying it's best to interpret/match it and failing.

im using CMYK in both versaworks, photoshop and illustrator. im exporting psd from photoshop to illustrator (colors stay fine), then im adding the cutcontour line in illustrator and saving it as an eps, i have also tried pdf and the same thing is happening. test print is correct im missing a few nozzles on MY but not enough that its affecting anything else. The image on screen is being shown on a fully color calibrated screen on a drawing tablet interface. the color on screen is a lilac and the color coming out of the printer is blue. I have another example ill post later where the jpg file is fine color wise but as soon as i added the cut lines it acted like theres a transparent blue layer on it.
