We have a lot of trouble with the new backing of the Avery 800 series, ik should be better and improved but it is thinner and we experience problems we never had before, we are curious about other experiences ?
Our problems :
Lay-flat is much less as before, application is not as easy as it was
Folding and cracking at transport in the plotters when large pieces are plotted
Backing is more sticky what sometimes result in taking it back into the plotters when cutting, triple layer is even for a Summa a no go :-(
After more then 30 years using Avery we ar now serious thinking about chanching to a different brand.....
