We’re looking for an experienced sign professional to step into a key role helping run and guide our shop in Central PA. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands how a sign shop operates from start to finish and can keep projects moving in the right direction. We’re not looking for entry-level—we need someone who has real experience in fabrication, installation, or both, and can take ownership of day-to-day operations.
Our shop handles a mix of work including channel letters, ADA signage, vinyl, and general signage, and we’re continuing to grow with new equipment and expanded capabilities. The role involves overseeing jobs from order through production and installation, keeping the shop organized and on schedule, reviewing drawings and job details before production, coordinating with customers and installers, and helping prioritize work while troubleshooting issues as they come up. A big part of the job is making sure the team has what they need and that projects are completed correctly and efficiently.
We’re looking for someone with a solid sign shop background who understands how signs are built and installed, can read drawings, and is comfortable managing multiple jobs at once. The ideal person has worked their way up in a shop, knows how to lead by example, and can step in without needing constant direction. If you’re someone who sees problems early and keeps things running smoothly, you’ll be a great fit.
