Exporting file to be printed

Hello from New Orleans! I created a design in flexi that i want to get printed on some thick card stock. When I try to export the file to a friend to be printed, its coming out blurry and jagged. Tried saving the file in a few different formats. JPG,Gif Ect.. Lost, Not sure what the problem is. Any help is help.

You can export the file as JPG if you want but be sure file is designed to actual size and make sure the 'Supress Options' option is unchecked. Then when prompted, set compression to '0' and set the resolution to 300dpi. Then export and send.

Otherwise, you can export as PDF if you have version 10 or download a free PDF creator like PrimoPDF.
