Hi
I've got an Edge 2 that I'm having trouble running. I always run it on a separate computer but now I've got problems accessing Windows on it.I'm now trying to run it on a computer that I've ran it before with no problem. Everything output okay until about 12" and then stops with an error saying "1284 driver failed to get access to port. Port must be in use by another application.
The computer I'm trying to run it on drives a Roland SP 540. It has since had Signlab 8 print & cut install on it but the Edge did work okay when I just ran Versa works alone. My fellar that helps me with this is not available this week.
Is this a common problem I might be able to fix?
