Failed To Initialize Color Management Module

Trying to print a decal. no gradients, just a couple of placed jpegs and black text. Why would i get a FAILED TO INITIALIZE COLOR MANAGEMENT MODULE error? tried restarting. using flexi 7.5

I recall that this error is related to a problem with an invalid embedded working space profile in your data. I would open the JPG(s) in Photoshop and verify that the embedded profile is correct, and then re-RIP the file.

yeah i did that. i resaved the image in photoshop in cmyk mode and it works. but not when it was in rgb mode.
