Falcon II Heater problem.

I recently purchased a used Falcon II Outdoor 64". It has four heaters. I have discovered that the B and C heaters do not show up on the LED Display when checking temps and setting temps. Just A and D are displayed. They do heat up but I have no control over them. I use Flexi and from the RIP I can shut all of the heaters completely off and A and D are cool on the printer but B and C still heat to the same temp they always are. Do you have any ideas where I should begin to look for the trouble?
