Falcon JR printing BK with a CMY mix?

Our falcon jr started to print color black with a mix of CMY, I had seen the settings option to use CMY + BK then you select YES or NO, but I can remember where in the hidden menu is...

does anyone knows where in the hidden menu can we find that?

is your black cart empty that it is printing this way.

Thank you, I'd found the setting.

As follow: Start printer as normal, depress menu then menu again until you see utility, then menu again until you see CMY=BK YES or NO select NO and you're set.
