Falcon outdoor jr printing black lines

I have a foj that is wanting to put down black lined on the print everything is clean. The print belong to me but in letting another shop use it. They let it run out of ink in not sure if it completely ran out or what but the problem didn't start till after that. Anyone ever had this problem befor and how did you fix it.

Your black head and the color head nee to be aligned.
Start by cleaning the encoder strip. Clean soft cloth (baby dipper or microfiber cloth) 91 percent denatured alcohol.

Switch off machine.
Move head to center.
Take general head cover of.
Loosen up screw of left black head.
Move head to rear.
Fix screw.
Try testprint.
Adjust try and error until head is aligned vertical and horizontal.
