falcon outdoor stalling

our falcon outdoor won't print. am using flexi for the rip and it sends it to the printer. the printer starts receiving the file and it proceeds to act like it is going to print the head moves about an inch and then it stalls. the green indicator light continues to blink for receiving data but it won't print. have tried restarting both the computer and the printer but it keeps doing the same thing. Wondering if anyone has had this problem and found a solution

You've rebooted your printer but have you tried actually unplugging it from the wall. It does make a difference.

It's happened to me.

thanks for the reply. I did get it to work. not sure what the problem was but yeah I think there was something hanging it up.
