Fatal error 002400 epson R5070

Today have this error mid printing , somebody know what this code is ? Can’t find error code list online

For reference, did you get this resolved? Did you contact Epson for a Warranty Repair? Did they fix it?

Yes, I contacted the technician, he just told me to turn it off when it happens

I didnt make the report to technical service but in feel Epson's service in my country is a joke

It's bad in Canada too. Spent 45+mins on hold once and never got thru to anyone. My phone died before ever speaking to tech support.
