Fatal error

Was just downloading firmware upgrade on our Edge FX and something happened halfway through install and now all it says it fatal error number 14.. any help would be awesome..

Have you tried rebooting the Edge? Is there a way to simply start over try again with the upgrade?

I run an Edge LE which doesn't provide for such upgrades so I've never been through or seen a firmware upgrade to an Edge. Please post back to this thread if you get it resolved elsewhere.

since the fx is ethernet based I cannot connect to it and try to reinstall any firmware while it has error codes.. I was trying to figure out if there was a way to hard reboot?? I've tried the restore to default(hold F3+right during startup) but it didn't do anything

Just talked to Gerber and apparently my 2 week old Edge FX has a blown RFID reader..
