FB-750- Printhead warmer too warm?

Hey y'all! just wanted to see if anyone knew anything regarding this code. i have code W-HW-30x, x being a numeric code corresponding to a head. Code says the printhead warmer too warm. anyone know if this is something to do with environmental changes or is this head replacement territory?
