I’m trying to find which calibration / adjustment I need to do to fix the print head leading buildup (happening on all of them, but not all the time! ???). The picture is from today’s run on roll vinyl. Setting was Indoor Plus. Happens on other settings too, but hides well on coroplast.
We’re about to replace four heads so THAT is going to help a lot I’m sure. But we’re out here doing it ourselves — techs can’t come out for another month. I’m taking advantage of our downtime to run all the fixes we need.
