FC-3100-60 Wont complete cuts

I've tried every setting, cleaned all the bearings, and i cant figure it out.

wont even complete a test cut. unless speed is on 1

blade looks like its in perfect condition, it cuts everything beautifully but always leaves a straight line half cut

also, blade will slam down before each cut, threw the vinyl and into the teflon strip, then pull up, then set down genital and cut normally

problem is fixed, little sensor was to close to the magnate, moved it a little and cut perfectly.

I thought the problem was solved by setting down your genitals and then it cut normally.
