FC3100-100 with SignGO

Hello, I recently came across a Graphtec FC3100-100 Plotter.
I put together an old dell, networked it to my mac and got SignGo.
The problem is I cannot get the cutter and the software to work together.
I have changed the language of the plotter already.
I had a newer Graphtec at my old job that I worked no problem, this older model is giving me quite a bit of trouble though

Anyone have any suggestions?
