This is my first plotter I can't get it to communicate with the computer what so ever.
Using a usb port I have tried Cutting pro 2 , FlexiSign 8.2, Vinyl Master , All cant find the plotter . I have loaded all the new drivers
from Graphtec, but all 3 softwares cant find the plotter . Please some help . Im am very new to this. Willing to learn

You didn't mention which operating system you're running.

In Windows, a few things that I always try:
-Ensure you have the right driver (32 vs 64bits)
-Install all programs and drivers with 'Run as Administrator'
-Run programs in 'Compatibility Mode'
-Try different USB ports

When you plug in the USB, do you get the 'found new hardware' popup?

Thx I running Windows 7 64 bit I do I have the drivers for windows 7 for Graphtec
as far as it picking up a new device . No it does not . It does make that noise on my Pc when you plug the USB thow for the plotter
