FC5100-75 cutting really small

I have an FC5100-75 that just started cutting everything I send to it from Cutting Master at about 1/10 the size it is supposed to be. No settings were changed on the computer or on the plotter itself. I have rebooted the plotter and the comp, used the reset on the plotter, and even reinstalled Cutting Master as well as Adobe CS3 with no luck. Does this machine have a master reset or anything like that? What else could be causing this issue?

Finally heard back from Graphtec support and the issue has been resolved.
