FC8000 cannot adjust Sensor Offset Adjust value any more

Image attached.

We're having trouble with cuts along the X-axis but when doing the Sensor Offset Adjust, we cannot change the value further than ±0.118". The maximum value still does not align properly and the value needs to be bigger. Right crosshair is at the maximum +0.118" and left crosshair is the other max, -0.118".

Is there a different value to stack on top of this value or do we have a larger underlying problem with our FC8000?

I'm assuming you're in the right blade holder position? Going that far off it looks to me like it's in the wrong spot.
Thanks, you were right for the most part; one of my conditions was mistakenly set to another tool. I've successfully aligned the X & Y according to that tool and condition. However, changing to another condition completely ignores the offset adjustment I just did. As far as I would want to fix this, I was thinking if there's a per-condition sensor offset adjustment setting but as far as I can explore there isn't. What more is going on?

It centers it from the eye to the tool, condition shouldn't matter.

Now maybe tool 1 is a different offset as tool 2...(or was it 3 that graphtec calls it?) I'm not 100% sure... I imagine it's different.

So if you align condition with 1 tool, all conditions using that tool spot should be the same... I've only ever aligned it using tool 1, never had to adjust the perf tool though, so I think if you align with condition 1, it should align all conditions / tool spots.

I figured that's how it should work since I wasn't going to change the tool position anyways, however changing conditions offsets the cut very slightly even using the same tool position. We went from a die-cut to kiss-cut condition, and the kiss-cut condition misaligns a tiny bit but still noticeable. The condition I used to do the sensor offset adjustment cut fine. Very confusing.
