I'm considering buying an FC8000-60 to cut large quantities of stencils containing a lot of fine detail. I estimate that the machine would be cutting for around 4+ hours each day and I would like to get some advice on how well the machine would cope with this workload. How long would the machine last? Would the accuracy deteriorate? What maintenance would be required? Any advice appreciated.

Thank you for your reply 401 Graphics, but I did not consider this to be a double post. My other post in the General forum was a general enquiry about making stencils with a vinyl cutter wheras this post in the Graphtec forum is to enquire about the the FC8000 machine specifically. I accept that there may be a crossover between the posts, but not exactly a double post in my opinion. Anyway I'm sorry if that's a problem and will expect the moderators to remove the post if deemed to a duplicate.
