When i cut a file from Onyx cut service i always see the screen flash off scale then cut on the graphtec.
So i just cut a file and seen it flash this.
I then sent another file and off scale came on the screen and the blade went about 4 inches into media and went to far edge aross the whole media and set there for about 20 seconds. It then came back to the start location and cut the file. I was testing so it was just a square.
My media was 28.82 and my design was only 4x4?
Any ideas why i always see off scale and what made it do this?
