Fc8600 not reading crop marks,

I am running windows 11 with the newest version of adobe illustrator with CM5 won my graphtec fc8600 and haven’t had any issues. But a couple of days ago I went to use it and it won’t read the crop marks, it goes over it acts like it’s going to read then just starts scanning left to right until saying can’t find crop marks. I have since updated the firmware on my graptec to 3.5 as well as downloaded CM5 version 1.7.76 which graptech support said I needed to but it still does the same thing. Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated. Oh and I also have unchecked relative to page when creating crop marks.

I never knew it had a feature to read crop marks. I have always used registration marks. Why are you not using registration marks?

We have the same machine and found that the lighting is sometimes an issue depending on the materials finish. Sometimes just holding a light near the registration marks will help to pick them up, but it can be a pain if needed for larger runs.

Have you ever used the crop mark functionality, or was this working before upgrading something?

mine dose the same every once in a while

1- delete the set-up cm-5
2 - add a new set up from the list your cutter should be shown!
