FC8600 Perf Cut issue - not cutting from start to finish?

Good morning, everyone! I'm running into an issue I've never seen before. When I kiss cut this graphic it does just fine. When I go to perf cut, the cutter misses this section every single time, in the same exact spot. It looks completely fine in Flexi, so I'm not sure what's going on here. Any ideas? See photos for more clarification. Thanks in advance!

it looks like it is too tight for a perf cut.
Too small of an area with a high angles. Probably the cut it longer than the length of that corner and it just misses it. (does not even perf cut it)

try changing your up and down setting on the perf. make it a tighter "micro perf" and slow down the cutter speed.
