As the title says, the machine reads the registration marks correctly, but loud clacking from the blade holder and the blade remains about 4mm above the material. This is on a perf cut, one pass using the groove, not cutting strip. I have a support mail out to Graphtec, but would really like to get this thing running again if I can.
It also sometimes starts chattering like 60hz with the blade holder moving up and down rapidly. Going to try to update the firmware, but I can't find anything online where anyone else has posted about an issue like this.
