I am having a terrible time with some FDC Banner material ( 13oz Scrim) Puckering up and causing head strikes. The head is set on high and I nearly have to have the Pre heater and Platen heater shut off to keep it from getting ripples across the Platen. Printed banners for years on this mutoh 1614 without this trouble. Anyone else experiencing this with this Banner material? Can't say that I've always used this material, generally I'm not real fussy with the brand when it comes to Banner. Maybe time to start getting more particular?
