Twelve minute call into Fellers this morning to place an order. I gave my customer number first thing, didn't matter. Still the questionnaire. I read the catalog codes to her.
One yard? No ten. One? No, ten. Did you say one yard? NO. They gave me one yard.
She claimed two items were out of stock. I called back one minute later and ordered both from a different person.
