Fence Alignment off Vutek QS2 Pro

Hi, I am having issues trying to print onto ACM on our Vutek QS2 Pro, the panel is butted to the fence and I have the image top position at zero which should start the print at the start of the panel but the print is starting 3mm in from the top, I am looking at the fence offsets, trying to tinker with those but it doesnt change anything, is there another menu i can look at to calibrate it? Thanks

Hello mate, im in the UK so may not respond as quickly as you like if you ask me anything. But, i have H5's and have had previous EFI machines, its the sheet input you may need to adjust there, that's how much the board moves in to the machine when you press print. with any bleed settings off it should print direct to the edge of the board when this figure is correct. there is then most likely a bleed setting in the individual jobs/workflow you can turn on which will move the image 3mm down and right so its prints the bleed off the board onto the bed if you are doing full coverage.
