fill up inks problem

Hello guys trying to fill up my magenta color, I did the discharge of my Mimaki CJV30-160 , and I have a problem like this in the video, please if someone can help me on that.. I'll appreciate, Also I tried on service mode to fill up inks it says Operation Error (Error 30)
