Fine Cut 5

Hello I am trying to install Fine Cut 5 in Corel Draw and it won't recognize Corel Draw X3. My system is Windows 7 64 bit if that matters. I did download and install Fine Cut 7 but that is not what came with the cutter (CG-75FX).
