Fingerprints showing up on Foamcore.....

Hi all, Ran into is problem today. We are running a Mimaki flatbed UV printer. We are finding marks showing up in the image that are clearly from hands, not our hands. The sheets are coming straight out of sealed boxes. We have tried 2 different brands and they both have it. The image image has a lot of deep browns, I'm sure that has something to do with it as we have never seen this before. Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated!

Are you cleaning them before print? With IPA?

My guy called me at home about this problem. He said he tried denatured alcohol, no change. He did not try IPA.
