firmware install on a vj1204

i have a vj1204 but when i try to put on the firmware it saying it isn;t register to the printer. I try to change the serial and i can see it but when i send the firmware it still telling me it isn't register. Also i am getting a 79 err commu when i go in to change it.

E079 Error means no communication between mainboard and heater control board. It may be because heater board firmware not corresponding to mainboard firmware.

I was saying the same thing but I am trying to put on the firmware in board manager mode but can't get the serial number change. Need a tech help to change it.
