The part of MMA violence that makes me really cringe (other than when two women are wailing on each other) is when the ring girl exits the cage & is still up at the top and throws the round indicator sign down onto the floor without even looking. I wince thinking of that PVC or whatever it is hitting the concrete on one of the corners and buckling.
